Ron has a special bond with animals. We hear all the time, "oh he doesn't like men", but they always Love Ron. Ron takes his passion for animals to work with him every day. In early 2000, Ron left his job as an auto mechanic to join his wife in the family business. Soon after he started showing dogs, and today has finished multiple breeds. Ron has become an accomplished groomer. In addition to being a groomer, Ron is also a S.C.U.B.A. instructor.

Kat brings over 15 years of dog grooming experience with her, as well as a background in dog training and vet technician work. An award winning groomer, she focuses on bringing out your dogs personality through their haircut while maintaining a calm, positive environment for your dog. When she’s away from the grooming table, she enjoys training and competing in canine nose work with her dogs and working with her horses.

Krystal is a third generation groomer who has been grooming since she was 11 years old. She ran a successful mobile grooming company for almost 10 years until late 2021 when she when back to her roots and returned to Pooch Paws in Hanover. Although she specializes in sporting breeds, she has a passion for grooming all breeds. Krystal prefers to groom on a “one-on-one” basis. Your pet will be groomed start to finish, without interruption, and can be picked up as soon as they are finished. Most dogs are finished in 2 hours or less.

Cheryl's passion for animals started young. Her family always had dogs around. Both her parents and grandparents breed dogs. With the encouragement of her dad, she launched her grooming carrier in 1991. Becoming a Nationally Certified Master Groomer she is the only NCMG on the South Shore.
Cheryl is an AKC S.A.F.E groomer
Cheryl is known nationally and internationally as one of the industry's top Groomers. Cheryl grooms on a "one-on-one" basis. Each client is groomed from start to finish.
